We realize that staff routinely are asked to send items internationally either via ECU’s Mail Services, which leverages USPS, or via ECU’s Materials Management Central Stores and Receiving service, which leverages UPS, FedEx or DHL. Visit the Toolkit section and follow the guidelines for sending and receiving international packages. We’ve included information for sending routine documents, non-routine documents or emails and physical items from the U.S. to any foreign destination.

Recordkeeping requirements apply to all exports
