Resources and Sponsored Program Management Tools

CMSI works with multiple ECU partners to identify and create streamlined resources for proposal development and award management.  These include:

• The PI Portal – Provides faculty with a comprehensive, user-friendly dashboard to facilitate financial sponsored program management
• Management Reports – Provides ECU’s dedicated grant managers with diagnostic tools to support expenditure reviews, budget projections, and related financial oversight
• Quarterly Leadership Analysis and Compliance Updates – Provide ECU leadership with a comprehensive overview of the financial status of risk factors to ensure compliance with sponsor and University rules, regulations and management requirements
