| All Flags | This report provides a list of all FUNDS which are: - Contain a defined "Flag" - Combines several reports listed below - Sorted by Selected Financial Analyst (e-mail address) It includes summary data regarding the fund and links to the PI Portal for additional information. |
| Questionable Costs: Salary | This report provides a list of salary charges that may require additional justification per 2 CFR 200 (formerly OMB Circular A-21) To activate this report, enter the 4-digit calendar year and the desired payroll number(s) in the parameter fields (for example, 1 and 2 would be the January payrolls of any particular year). Enter "0" in all unused fields. |

| 90 Days to Close (FA) | This report provides a list of all FUNDS which are: - Within 90 days of the end-date - Managed by Selected Financial Analyst (use % to Select All) It includes summary data regarding the fund and links to the PI Portal for additional information. |
| Budget Underrun | This report provides a list of FUNDS which are: - Between 120 and 180 days of the end-date; AND - Less than 50% expended It includes summary data regarding the fund and links to the PI Portal for additional information. |
| Budget Overrun | This report provides a list of FUNDS which are: - More than 120 days from the end-date; AND - More than 70% expended It includes summary data regarding the fund and links to the PI Portal for additional information. |
| Late Equipment Purchases | This report provides an itemized list of equipment charges that post within the last 90 days of the project, requiring additional review and justification |
| Late Supply Purchases | This report provides a list of projects with supply charges in the last 90 days that exceed 30% of the overall supply budget for the project |
| Late Travel Purchases | This report provides a list of projects with travel charges for travel that occurs within the last 90 days of the project |
| Charges After End-Date | This report provides a list of charges that have posted past the end date of the project |
| Grants with Subrecipients | This report lists active grants with subrecipients - sorted by Financial Analyst |
| Grants with Cost Share | This report lists active grants with reportable cost-share requirements - sorted by Financial Analyst |
| Project Status | This report provides the status and basic information about a list of FUNDS provided by the user. |
| Active Grants - All Personnel Roles | This report lists the various personnel designated in Banner as associated with each sponsored project fund. This includes Investigators, Key Personnel, and Research Administrators. This report does NOT necessarily list all personnel paid from a sponsored project. |
