What is RAIN?
RAIN is designed to connect research administrators at ECU and update them on issues related to research administration – locally, regionally, and nationally. Membership is open to all university personnel who have a role in administering sponsored projects. Send an e-mail to email@example.com for additional information.
RAIN Meetings are held monthly – usually on the 4rth Wednesday of the month at 2:00. These meetings are generally virtual meetings on MS Teams. At each meeting, relevant topics are introduced and discussed by attendees. New personnel are introduced and have a chance to discuss their roles. Questions, comments, and new areas for discussion are welcome.
RAIN members are automatically included in Grant Alerts sent by REDE whenever relevant new information is available. See the sidebar on this page for archives of these notifications.
Most other activity related to RAIN happens in Microsoft Teams. This includes meetings, agenda storage, posts and updates, and member listings. The Team is available here.
