PI Portal

Summary

The PI Portal provides key project financial information using intuitive graphs and figures to faculty investigators (and staff) so they can stay on top of their project, see the available fund balances, reconcile expenditures, and prepare for budget and project end transitions. The information in the PI Portal is Banner data, but organized in a format more useful to sponsored project management.

Link for Investigators – Shows expenditure data accessible to investigators.  This includes projects in which investigators are named as the Lead PI and the Principal Investigator for NIH Multi-PI projects.

Link for Unit/Department Personnel – Shows expenditure data accessible to chairs, hub administrators and departmental level administrators.

Link for Administrators – Shows expenditure data for all university projects for administrative personnel not specifically named in Banner – Associate Deans for Research, REDE staff, etc.

Link for ORA Financial Analysts – Shows expenditure data accessible to ORA personnel associated with each project in Banner

         Link for CTO Managers – Shows Clinical Trial expenditure data accessible to the CTO.
