Subrecipient Process
When an awarded grant involves collaboration with other institutions, ECU will generally execute a Subaward agreement with the other institution. This agreement will provide funding for a specified scope of work and will likely include terms and conditions required by the prime award.
The creation of a Subaward agreement on an awarded grant is initiated in eTRACS using a Change Request Form.
