Update from REDE — Conflicts of Interest Software Change
Beginning Monday, Sept. 20, East Carolina University is migrating to a new conflicts of interest reporting system.
EHRA faculty and staff should submit conflicts of interest and export control disclosures, as well as notices of intent to engage in external professional activities for pay, using COI Risk Manager instead of the previously used AIR system. This new system provides multiple benefits, including:
- User-friendly forms
- Consolidated reporting functions
- Fewer technical obstacles
- Cloud-based hosting
- More robust metric tracking
Access COI Risk Manager using this link. The user guide found on the ORIC website provides relevant information about university policies and procedures and will help you navigate the application.
For more information about conflicts of interest, annual disclosures and NOIs, visit ORIC online or email the office at oric@ecu.edu.
